Our in store butchers have a life-time of experience in the meat trade and will be pleased cut and prepare almost anything that is not on display in our counter.  We are constantly trying out new and exciting marinades & creating new sausage recipes, our latest is a chicken & lemon sausage which we will be entering in the 2007 South-east of England sausage competition.

During the summer season we have an extensive range of B.B.Q. fare ranging from marinade chicken & ribs to more exotic meats such as kangaroo and alligator. In the cooler months you can still purchase old fashion cuts like stewing neck of lamb, brisket on the bone, salt silverside, ox tongue, tripe, etc; in fact if we do not stock it, and its legal, we can usually obtain most things within a day or two. Remember pork chops with kidney? How about stuffed breast of lamb or braised lamb hearts? You can even get bones for stock !
